When you receive your photos is dependent upon when you submit your desired photos to be edited! Sneak peeks are generally delivered 2-4 days after selection and final galleries are generally delivered 1-2 weeks after selection.

Yes, you have access to print orders and albums through Pic-Time! A personalized shop will be available through your gallery.

You are allowed as many outfit changes as desired but our photoshoot “time” does not pause - any time taken to change would subtract from the overall photoshoot time so it is up to your discretion!

If you need to reschedule, you must notify me of any changes in the time, date or location at least 1 week prior to the date of our scheduled photoshoot. There is no fee or penalty for any rescheduling 1 week prior to the scheduled session. Clients must be aware that due to limited availability, their priority rescheduled date is not guaranteed.

The follow situations are exceptions for rescheduling within 1 week of the photoshoot without a fee/penalty:

○ Illness or Injury - If you or an immediate family member become unexpectedly injured or ill

○ Family Emergency - If you or an immediate family member experience an unexpected and sudden emergency

○ Certain Weather Conditions - in the case of severe weather conditions such as rain, storms, fire, excessive heat, etc.

■ Note: Overcast weather is not categorized as extreme, and unfortunately is not allowed as a reason for rescheduling

○ Transportation Issues - unforeseen transportation issues (car / flight)

● Cancellation: In the event of complete cancellation, you will have to forfeit the $50 non-refundable retainer fee.
